วัดรอบข้อเท้าเป็นเซนติเมตร แล้วเลือกขนาดตามตารางขนาด  แล้วเลือกโค้ด ตามตารางโค้ดโรงพยาบาล ที่จะระบุข้างซ้าย/ขวาและ ขนาดตามที่วัดได้ก่อนหน้านี้(สีไททาเนียมเป็นมาตรฐาน)
